Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
i had a termite bond transferred to me after I bought my house. They sent me paperwork to renew it yearly. I never signed or sent it to them. They called and made an appointment they came out, i was not home. and then they sent me a bill for renewal. they seem to be strongarming me into paying them and keeping the bond which I have chosen not to keep. Do I have to pay them?

If you never signed an agreement, probably not. Send them a certified letter saying that you never hired them and are not interested in them, and also report them in writing to the Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs (and mention in your letter to them that you have made the complaint).
