Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I have a title loan from Thomasville, GA. I am a Florida resident. I cannot always make it up to Thomasville to make my payments, so I use Western Union. However, I have not resigned a rollover contract with this company in almost 7 months. Are they operating correctly? Don't I have to renew the contract in writing to keep the loan valid? Can you please offer some advise on how to deal with this situation- I feel that this is a form of predatory lending.

No one here has read the terms of your loan to answer you, but title loans are always a very bad idea. Instead of wasting money and stretching out the loan, find some way to pay it off.
