Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I was told the MSRP of a motorcycle was 11,999. The actual MSRP was 10,500. I paid taxes and finance charges on the 11,999. Is it illegal for a dealer to lie abou the MSRP. There was no sticker price on the motorcycle.

You bought the motorcycle for $11,999 - the MSRP is no more or less relevant than any other part of the sales pitch. It was your responsibility to do your own research about the price, or look for a better deal. If you chose to not do so, and instead believe everything the dealer said, you risked getting a bad deal.

A dealer can charge any price he wants. As a buyer, you should have researched not only the MSRP, which is an artificial and meaningless number, and more importantly his real dealer's cost. Anyone who pays even the real MSRP has allowed themselves to be ripped off. You did even worse than that, but it's your fault and risk when you don't do your homework. He didn't break any laws.
