Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

My transmission went out while visiting Tennessee. It was warrantied for a year. It has only been seven months. I live in Georgia and the transmission went out again. Is the person who warrantied the repair responsible for getting the car back to Tennessee to be repaired again?

No one here knows the terms of your warranty. You should. I doubt the company agreed to interstate deliveries but, again, I would have no idea what you warranty contract states.

No, unless your warranty states that. (If the warranty is silent on it, the answer is no, you drive to Tennessee).
