Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Would like to understand my consumer rights if I am dissatisfied with a product & requested a refund, but have been denied by the vendor.

There is NO right to a refund under Georgia law. So unless the company has a written refund policy or warranty your remedy is to shop elsewhere. (In some cases, if you paid by credit card, you can dispute the charge).
