Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
UNDISCLOSED Frame & Unibody damage
Purchased a used car in GA this week & live in AL. Dealer did not disclose the ''frame damamge'' & ''unibody damamge'' & even told me to go to the Lexus dealership to get worn rotors replaced since still under factory warranty. ''as is'' marked on bill of sale. I found out this info using Autochack. Carfax did not disclose details. Can I make them buy car back? How long do I have?

Re: UNDISCLOSED Frame & Unibody damage
When you buy a car as is, that means what it says. You have no recourse (and the As Is sticker was your warning).
