Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
unfinished job
I payed a guy upfront to fix my vehicleand its been 2 months and my car was left uncompleted. i had to take it to the shop and pay them to fix it because he knocked something out of place. And thats why i believe he stopped working on my car, because he didnt know what he was doing. i do not have anything in writing or a receipt all i have is my word and my husband for a witness.can i sue him for my money back and possibly win without much evidece. now i found out he wasnt license and people are telling me theres nothing i can do. i really need your help someone

You can sue him in Magistrate Court. First, get an estimate to do the repairs from someone will come to court with you and testify.
