Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
validation of Proper Photo ID
Sir:
I need a letter to a Bank or Creditor who reported me to the Chex Systems in the following manners: (a) citing the case law and statute requiring the Creditor or Bank to furnish or show me copy of my photo identification establishing that I was in deed the person who opened the account or line of credit. This letter must cite what federal law and statutes that require them to show me the requested document and what time they have until to produce and comply with the law. ARE YOU ABLE TO WRITE A LETTER SUCH AS THIS AND CITE THE FEDERAL LAWS ETC.?
