Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
a vender at a flea mkt i sell at didnt pay his setup fee for 3 months. the owner of the flea market took posession of his belongings and sold them to me. now the vender is suing the owner for $15000. the owner is demanding i return the items i bought so he wont have to go to court. do i have to return the property? i have receipts where i paid for it

You may have purchased stolen property (a crime), if the owner took the property without proper legal action. You may also get sued. You need a lawyer and that may save you money in the long run (yes, you may lose money or the merchandise).
