It shold be obvious no one here can tell you more based on your post, but hpw do you expect to find the information necessary to sue an online gaming company? Even if you sue and win by default, how do you expect to find them to enforce any judgment? Most are overseas. What laws are you violating by participating in online gambling in the State of Georgia? Other than possible rememdies you could have with a credit card you used, however unlikely, any money you give to an online is to be considered lost money or the cost of getting the entertainment.
