warrants
this guy is thretening me with a warrant over 20 bucks for something i sold him and he said he was decived and was not.. is it possible for someone to just get a warrant out for someone without first going to court?

Warrants can only be issued by a judge. Depending on the facts, there may or may not be a pre-issuance hearing.
