Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Warranty refused on Transmission Repair
I had a transmission replaced and reported an issue while under warranty. The transmission was checked and I was assured there was no problem. Some tim e after the warranty expired the transmission failed. I consider this to have been an ongoing issue that should have been repaired under warranty.
Is there any pretection for me under the law in Georgia?
Thank you.

Re: Warranty refused on Transmission Repair
Your protection is your contract, but we do not know what it says or whether the nature of the problem was such that it should have been corrected earlier.
