Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
my wife and i buy a new car a week ago now the dealer say the bank didnt approve the finance they took the car back and they havent give me my trade in back because is not in the lot is that legal?

Read your contract. They did what it likely said. You don't ever take a chance and coomplete a deal before you have approved financing. This is what happens when you do.
