Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

i have a 2000 dollar debt to captial one and i can not pay them...i hav no job, no house , no car, no bank account, no saving, no 401 , no stocks or bonds....i have skin cancer and it has eaten away my nose.and i do not even have money to have treatment ..i am trying to get into a va hospital..but it is a lot of red tape.. no one will hire mebecause of my cancer ..i am 59 and one step above homeless ..what can i do...i did file bank ruptchey in 2006 and i think i got this card a month later after i filed...did not even apply for it...

You cannot get a credit card without applying, and if you used it, you are responsible for it. You cannot file a new Chapter 7 until 2014.
