i have asked bill collectors not to call my home but they call sometines 4-5 times a day the bill is not mine it is not on my credit report is there anything i can do about this

If you asked orally, that is the same as never asking them to stop.
If you send a proper written letter that will stop calls, and to dispute a debt that letter should happen within 30 days of 1st contact. It would be wise if the debt is large to have a lawyer write it.

Yes you can! You can send a certified letter asking them to stop and explaining that you are not responsible for the debt.
