Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Associates Asset Management

A few years ago I took out a second loan on a rental property I owned. The property was foreclosed on and the second was not satisfied. I've received a letter from Associates Asset Management asking for payment and threating a law suit. What can I do???

Re: Associates Asset Management

Either pay off the loan or see a lawyer to see what you may be able to do (such as bankruptcy, etc). Wuithout detailed financial information there's no way to make more specific suggestions.
