Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

automobile retail installment contract

I am currently considering returning a vehicle I can no longer afford to make the weekly payments on.If you had in writing what your weekly/monthly payments would be and they were actually more than you were quoted, does that nullify the contract?

If you signed a contract, that is what you agreed to pay.

Probably not. A lawyer would have to examine the contract and the other document you say you have to answer you.

Turning in a car is always the worst step anyoine can take. You will be sued for the deficiency in most cases, meaning you will owe for a car you don't have.

At this point you need to retain a lawyer.
