Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

My issue is I bought a vehicle from BH prior to filing bankruptcy. I was informed that they have to get permission form the court to pay off my old lien holder. I do have a legal bindding BOS. Am I facing any real issues and should I seek legal representative?
