Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I have a boat loan which matured in April, though I still have a balance. I was behind on payments now they said I would have to pay interest charges before they would redo loan. Now they have served me with a affidavit for foreclosure of property. I am two payments behind of what was scheduled payments. Do I have a choice I don't have $2,216.52 to give them

Why would you think you could keep the boat without paying?

Now that you have been served, they get the boat unless you (1) pay them in full, (2) work out a deal, or (3) go bankrupt. Note that they do not have to agree to a deal, and if you do a bankruptcy you still must pay them to keep it.
