Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

if i bought a truck from one co. and they wrote it off as a bad loan,and another co bought the loan do i have to pay them,i dont have a contract with this co.

You do (assuming they are within the statute of limitations). Read your contract (every vehicle loan contract I have ever seen allows the sale of your contract).
