Call the police and FBI. You have been contacted by a criminal who was attempting to scam you. Hopefully you slammed the phone down quickly and loudly enough to damage the criminal's eardrums.

You did not get a call from Gobal Law Office. Lawyers do not make phone calls like this.

There are two parts to your question - first, did you or did you not obtain a payday loan from Cash America? If you did obtain the loan, then the payday lender has your bank account information. They will use that information to raid your bank account. Talk to your bank about closing your bank account NOW. Do it on Monday morning unles your bank is open tomorrow.

Second, if you did not obtain any loan at all, then I would agree with my colleagues that either this is a scam of some kind or the payday lender has you mixed up with someone else if this was a legitimate loan. If the former, report this, but its not likely to go anywhere. There are too many fraudsters and not enough manpower and many of the criminal rings are overseas which makes finding and prosecuting them very difficult.

If the payday lender has you mixed up with someone, get a valid US address so that you can send a certified letter to the company explaining that you did not receive a loan and that they have you confused. Do not provide them with any bank or Social Security information.
