My car got repo by chrysler company and call for the full pay I told them I don't have any moneyand they they will put me on collection.

Can put a lien on my house or if I buy an old car cash?

If your car was repoed and they get a judgment they can garnishee your wages and bank account, get a lien on your house, and also seize other property you may have, such as a paid-for car. If the amount is large, you may want to see abnakruptcy lawyer, and see if you might be able to discharge the debt or make payments.
