car repossession
if vehicle was repossed ,then resold ,am i still liable for payment

You should know what your loan documents say before you sign them. We don't have them. Get them out and read them. However, it is safe to assume that you are liable for the money you borrowed, not the value of the car.

Yes (assuming it was properly sold and there's a deficiency). Towing and storage fees, as well as attorney's fees, are added to the balance.
