Civil - Check Garnishment

Have had a garnishment placed on bank account for non payment of car loan in Ga. Offered to make payment of $50. Gave monthly budget. Out of $2,086 had bills totaled $2,036. was told by law firm had more than that and they would take $640. Can't make ends meet like that. HELP!

Once a garnishment starts, your two options tend to be to pay off the debt or file bankruptcy. You need to see a lawyer right away.
