Civil law suit
A collection agancy files a suit against me from a credit I do even remember having nor that amount they claim that I owe. What do I need to do, I just got the letter today from the county.

You must file a written response with the court immediately. Your response must contain the affirmative defenses you intend to use. After that, you can ask them for the documents they intend to use to prove their case. They have the burden of proof, so if they have no such documents, they will lose.

When you get sued you need to see a lawyer. You will lose automatically unless you make a timely response so hire a lawyer immediately.
