Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I need to collect a $4500 debt. I'm in NC, the debtor is in Atlanta. In 2004 he signed a consent order, made a few payments though 2006 and then stopped. He's employed, owns property, but I've been unable to find an attorney for this debt. How do I find an attorney that will take a case of this size?

Don't worry about an attorney. Your case is one for Small Claims (Magistrate) Court. Contact the clerk's office in the county of his residence. Usually the forms are downloadable.
