Collection

Acting as an employee for ERDD, Inc I signed for a billboard and ERDD has not paid the invoice so they are now suing me is this possible ERDD also quit paying me and I had to file unemployment ?

We do not know what you signed. Regarldless, if you do not defend the suit a judgment will likely be enterered against you even if you were not liable. Get a copy of what you signed -- but don't delay in filing the appropriate answer. Retain a lawyer if you do not know how.
