Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Collection Harrassment

debt collection agency continuous calls regarding payment of 2 NSF checks one written back in Dec 03 and one Aug 04. Both were paid in full,I have the receipts from the company stating so.I continually receive harrassing calls from the company, indicating they will put a warant for my arrest.I have faxed my receipts (actually their receipts they gave me) back to the company and they still keep calling threatening me with arrest. I have had it. They also did an ACH transaction out of my bank account for the same checks. Isn't the maximum Service Charge $25.00 or 5% of the check amount for fees for the State of GA? This company is charging $37.00 Service Charge. Is this legal? I cannot take the harrassment any longer, do I have any rights in these matters? I wish I could sue them and make this company aware they cannot continue to treat people like this.I am sure if police come to my door with an arrest warrant, they will not care if I have the receipt's from the company proving these items were paid in full. Most likely they will arrest me. I will have to post bond (which I will not get back) then show the judge the receipts. I don't feel this is justified because of their bad record keeping and continuous harrassment. Thank You.
