Can collections garnish online bank accounts!!! how long does a credit card company have till they can't collect (yrs)??? from what date do they use for the cut of point?? the last time you used the card??? thank you

Online banks are the same as any other bank. Those accounts can be garnisheed. Since we don't know what state your bank is in the rest of the question cannot be answered, as it depends on the state.
