company sues credit card on my behalf

due to illigal practices used by cdedit card companies can the attorney network guarentee me that by paying them money to sue these card companys, i will only have to pay 55% of what i owed

You do not give enough information to answer this question. No one can guarantee anything in the nature of what you are asking unless you enter into a settlement agreement with the creditor and abide by the agreement. The creditor doesn't HAVE TO accept anything that is less than the amount due. Even if they accept a payment which is late or less than the monthly payment, you are still responsible to them for the full payment, each and every month. If you feel they have violated the FDCPA, then you should contact a lawyer who can pursue remedies on your behalf.
