Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Condo association filed judgement with false information--we were disputing a balance, went to court, won case to have default judgement set aside. It's been 3 yrs. Condo asso will not erase balance , did not pull judgement back. What are my next steps? are there any fair credit debt/ reporting laws being violated?

Thank you,

Marci

I can tell you did this yourself and didn't use a lawyer as you apparently lack understanding of what setting a default judgment aside means.

That means that while you didn't lose you haven't won yet either. If you owe the money, pay it to resolve teh case. If you don't, get a lawyer to pursue defense of the case.
