Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

contract question

I entered into a contract with a debt relief company earlier this week. After the paperwork had been sent back I got another e-mail with information that they failed to tell me in the begining that would have made me decide against the decision. Can I get out of it?

A contract question, but we have no idea what the paperwork says, what other information you learned, etc. Read your contract.

Since you did not post the contract there is no way to answer your question.

Many, but not all "debt relief" type things are scams. Hopefully you investigated that before picking one. One local real one is CONSUMER CREDIT COUNSELING OF METRO ATLANTA.
