i cosigned for someone to buy a vehicle to be transferred in their name completly in a year but they got the vechile repossed and now my wages are being garnised and my checking account is negative $20,000 what can i do

The only thing you can do is to contact the outfit that has the judgment and try to negotiate. Good luck.

When you signed for his car, you agreed to pay, and since you didn't, you get garnisheed.
