Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Credit card debt - sued

All of a sudden old creditors are coming out of the woodwork at me. Threating to garnish wages, serving papers, etc... I recently relocated to georgia, and am re-establishing credit. Is this why they are pouring in on me? I have no ability to pay this old debt. What do i do.
