credit card payoff

I was sent a bill from the credit card company apologizing for the delay in the billing statement. I Paid in Full the amount shown and stated that on the check. Now they state I owe more. I sent copies of their billing statement and the ''cashed'' check but now they turned in over to a Lawyer. He filed an non jury trial. They billed me I paid now they sue for more???? help

You omit the most important detail - what you owed pursuant to your agreement (ie, charges, interest, late fees, etc.). A meaningful response requires all facts, not just the helpful ones.
