Credit card purchase

My daughter purchased an item with her credit card (authorized on my account) but the purchase showed pending and then was removed. The item was delivered 2 weeks ago but the credit card has still not been charge. Whar are my rights in this case?

Your "rights" or your obligations? The issue seems rather simple - contact the seller and make sure everything is okay with the purchase and charge. The seller's "rights" are to get paid for the item ordered. I am not sure what other rights you believe are at issue.
