Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia
credit report issue
I had a automobile that I returned and the cash price was 12,000 but on my credit report it was over 16,000 for the car. That was financed charges. Can they sue me for the cash price only or for the financed charges? Because I have disputed it but no changes have been made to my credit report.

Re: credit report issue
The correct amount is what you owe pursuant to the contracts and other documents. We do not have that information.
