Creditors

Constant calling by creditors even though I make small payments they demand larger sums and continue calling. How canI stop thiswithout bankruptsy.

Small payments cause calls. They tell the creditors the calling works. You may want to make it clear that if the calls continue, the payments stop.

While you can mail a drop dead letter and tell them not to call or write, that will likely trigger a lawsuit (and then things like garnishments later).

A bankruptcy is the one thing that definitely eliminates calls.
