Debt responsibility

My husband and I are separated and we are getting ready to file for divorce. The house mortgage is in his name and the title is in both of our names. I have been paying the mortgage, but I have decided to move out and let him have the house. I am going to quick claim the house over to him. I am wondereing that if he does not make a mortgage payment and we are not legally divorced yet, can the mortgage company came after me for the mortgage payment?

They can come after you before, during or after a divorce.
