After Divorce - Cosigned Loans

I want to get my name off my ex-wife's car loan. I think she might default in the future and I don't want it causing trouble for me. What are my options?

Your name comes off when the loan is paid (or refinanced by the ex-wife).

The only way to take your name off a loan is to pay it off.
