Divorce Decree

My divorce was final in 2/06. In the divorce decree, my ex husband is responsible for a 2005 truck that is in both of our names. He has paid the payments on time until recently when he was injured and unable to work. The late payments are reflecting on my credit. What can I do to get my name off this vehicle?

You basically have the same choices you had prior to the divorce (and consistent with the loan documents). You can either make the payments or pay off the loan.
