Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I divorced 1 year ago. In the divorce I agree to pay my husband 4800 dollars. I could not get a loan so I agreed to pay 200 a month. I am 5 months behind. I just made a 200 dollar payment. I filed chapter 13 but not against that debt. I am living of a limited income. He is threatening me. What do I do? Would it help for to keep making payments.

Call your Chapter 13 lawyer. You HAD to list that debt in your Chapter 13 and fund it pursuant to your plan. Your lawyer can address the threats. That is what you are paying him for.
