Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I a have a FIFA agianst another party, and the police department said that they could not enter the parties residents to obtain any personel affects to auction off because the party did not invite the police into their home. Do the police have to be invited into the home to obtain any personal afects. The party does not have any property nor does he have a vehicle in his name. Thank you,

Before you sue someone, so you don't waste filing fees, you determine collectability first.

You're also confused as the police cannot collect debts. Sheriffs can execute a fi fa but they can't enter without a court order.
