Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I need to file a Writ of FIERI FACIAS in Fulton Co., Ga. Looking online, I have found Fi Fa forms from other Ga. counties but not Fulton. Can I use another county's form for this action?

I assume that you have recovered a judgment. Its best to get an attorney and not try this yourself.

However, if you are trying to execute, you probably would be ok using another county's form, but change the name to Fulton County and ascertain whether it would be acceptable to the clerk.
