Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

We filed for and was granted a default judgment on a tenant. Default Judgment was granted May 12, 2011. I filed for a garnishment from his employer on June 2, 2011 the employer was served. The employer responded by saying he was terminated in 1999. In 1999 the defandent was only 9 years old! The employer replied to the court staying he does not work there, when in fact we know he works there. We called the employer first to verify employment before filing the garnishment. I filed a Traverse of Answer of Garnishment by Plaintiff with the local court. The employer now admits they made an error in responding to the garnishment. They said they are notifying the court.

My question is: Are we due retroactive monies from this garnishment from the date is was granted by the court on June 2, 2011 (the date the employer was served) ?
