Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

financial help

I am currently on medical leave, will have knee replacement surgery 12/27/ 07.

I will not be able to reurn to work before my 26 week medical leave reuns out.

I will get 401 k and after 90 days a pension plan.

We have just about used up our savings.

I have credit card debt and medical bills. My husbsnd is on SS.

This is my problem, I would file bankruptcy but I pay on a credit card that is my daugher's. The payment is about 325 a month. I can't not pay this bill, it would destroy my daugher's marriage.

Can you offer any soultions. I don't want to give up all of the money I have worked for all my life.
