Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Freezing Joint Bank Account

My fiance and I have a joint checking account. I recently had an old credit card debt freeze out joint checking account. He makes a lot more money than I do so the majority of the funds are his. Can this legally be done? How are we to go about getting his money back?

Re: Freezing Joint Bank Account

Yes, after getting a judgment they can do it. This is the result of having outstanding judgments without resolving them.
