Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

my garnished my wages and the debt has been paid,yet they keep taking out the money and tell me i get no refund this has gone on since nov 09 .please advise what my options are please.

You need to see a lawyer as there is no way to address your case with so many missing facts.

When you say the debt has been paid, bear in mind that there is a judgment in a case that you lost, and for it to be paid, you would have had to have paid that, plus all interest since.
