Garnishment

Will I be notified of a garnishment. I suspect my wages may be subject ot garnishment because a judgment was entered against me. ALthough i am appealing the judgment I kjnow that does not stop collection actions. Will I know my wages are being garnished or will Iwake up with my direct deposit from my employer taken one morning?

You may wake up one day to your bank account and wages being garnished, unless you have sought a stay of the judgment. Appeals are about impossible for a pro se litigant, and you can be assessed damages fora frivolous appeal, so you should be meeting with a lawyer, preferably one who handles bankruptcy, to weigh your options.
