Georgia Courts - Which court to appeal to

If a decision was made in the superior court of newton county, georgia that I want to appeal do I appeal to the appellate court for that district? Which court do I appeal to?

It depends on what is being appealed. This is not a do-it-yourself project. You need a lawyer. Some cases go to teh Court of Appeals and some to the Supreme Court. Some cases are not appealable to either and must be certioraried. Bear in mind there are strict time periods and requirements.
